KISS CHASEY Chase joined our family as a 12 week old kitten back in January 2008, and was the last kitten from the Chubbycheeks cattery near Newcastle, and bred by Julie Herder. He was a lovely boy, and sired many kittens, including 3 lilacs (2 boys, 1 girl) with our Foundation queen Berry. We retained his lilac daughter BYMYSIDE CALLISTEMON so there will still be a little Chase around in future kittens. He was retired from our breeding program in May 2011, and now lives on a large farm with the Fraser family, as an inside cat, with a border collie, and a bunch of lovely kids to keep him company.
SHREDODA PEBBLES Pebbles is an adult female who joined us in early January 2009, after a breeder friend in WA decided to get out of breeding British Shorthairs. We were actually looking to purchase one of her son's, but it was her lines we were more interested in rather than the father of the litter. We learned that she may have been pregnant upon acquiring her, and a few weeks after her arrival, she gave birth to a litter of 3 kittens, including out lovely blue girl BYMYSIDE LOTUS ELISE aka "Dora". Pebbles now lives in a nearby town, about an hour away. She has settled in well with two little boys, and a tabby British Shorthair named Harry. |
